The year after the project, we come back for a free maintenance inspection review. If we find a workmanship issue covered by your warranty, we address it according to the warranty terms. If we find normal wear from sun, rain, snow, moisture, or exposure, we recommend maintenance and apply your plan discount to the approved work.
This helps catch small problems early, protect your investment, and extend the life of your exterior paint job.
We give three types of estimates:
Fresh Coat Plan — $52/hour
Includes a 6-month limited workmanship warranty, plus one free maintenance inspection review 6 months after the warranty period. Any recommended non-warranty maintenance work receives a 5% discount.
Mountain Care Plan — $61/hour
Includes a 3-year limited workmanship warranty, plus one free maintenance inspection review per year for three years. Any recommended non-warranty maintenance work receives an 8% discount.
Tommy King Hall of Fame Protection Plan- $70/hour
Includes a 4-year limited workmanship warranty, plus one free maintenance inspection review per year for four years. Any recommended non-warranty maintenance work receives a 10% discount.
